Ingredients
1 1/2 cups beef shank ( Brown Braised )
4 cups pasta
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine
1 Can (12 oz) tomato soup ( or Chopped Stewed Tomatoes )
1 cup onion ( Finely Chopped )
to taste salt & pepper
to taste garlic powder
to taste celery salt
Directions
1) Cook cubed beef in a pan on the stove with onions a little salt & pepper
2) Cook Pasta according to package directions, drain
3) In a large casserole dish mix meat, noodles soup and spices
4) Sprinkle the top with cheese, bake for 30 minutes at 350F
