2 cups uncooked mostaccioli
1 pound ground beef
2 Tbsp chopped onion
1 can condensed tomato soup (10 3/4 oz), undiluted
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
Stir in the soup, tomato sauce, oregano, and salt.
Drain pasta; stir into the beef mixture.
Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Top with cheese and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through.
